• Reports directly to Architect Head and to the Technical Head
• Undertake technical design work and design checking for projects, in accordance with the Company System, as appropriate to the organization of each particular project, so as to meet or exceed project specific time and quality targets.
• Manages Architectural working Drawings Technical team for Consultants Approval and site implementation with other engineering disciplines in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire protection , Plumbing and Civil works
• Quantity estimates
• Delegates / Checks works and reviews drawings made by CAD Operator
• Meets and Conducts/ organize meeting w/ structural Consultant, MEP mechanical consultants, PEE electrical consultants, Suppliers, & Construction Engineers for the generation of accurate & complete (CD) construction documents.
