My work as customer service is included welcoming the guest at hotel's lobby, guide them to Seawalker Base beside the beach, giving instruction about Seawalker's activity and guide the guest to the boat that will take them to the diving spot. After diving, the guest can see their underwater picture that the staff took and selling it with the predetermined price and guide the to the restaurant for lunch or back to lobby to check out.

My work as waitress included welcoming the guest who come to the bar, taking order and ask if they have any allergy, serve the drink and communicate with the guest. I also did side job like polish the chinaware, cutleries, folding the napkin, inventory, and closing preparation.
