Led Mechanical Department: Was leading and managing development of various mechanical systems in the motorcycle including suspension, brakes, aerodynamics, drivetrains, frame, etc.
-Optimized and reduced weight of frame.
-Developed drivetrain for the electric power plant and was co-ordinating with electrical engineer for development of electric powertrain.
-Optimized swing arm for the driving loads.
-Optimized draft cooling for the motor in coordination with CFD engineer.
-Was working on an innovative power stand for the motorcycle.
-Completed recruitment of CFD engineer, testing engineer, body paneling engineer in coordination with HR team.
-Was working on assembly station for single point assembly for highest possible accessibility for the assembler.
-Was Coordinating development of battery system (Li-ion) with BMS developer and CFD engineer.
-Was Coordinated development of body panels with paneling and CFD engineer.
-Was working on throttle (twist grip) system for the electric drivetrain which enables good control and conventional driving feel for the rider.
-Optimized size of the onboard charger for mechanical parameters.
-Coordinated development of brakes with brake supplier.
-Coordinated modification of front forks with suspension supplier.
-Initiated and was coordinating with motor suppliers for DC IPM motor.
