First person of the support department in French and unique employee of this department for 2 months, I developed techniques of conversations and templates for the exchanges with customers of the French market after a meticulous analysis of the expectations and the questions commonly asked. I also worked in collaboration with the Human Resources and IT departments to optimize the French site and participated in the recruiting process and training new agents. After two months, we had 5 employees in this department
