Responsible:
•4G: Network Planning for Coverage Expansion Investment and phase improvement 3G<E (TDD2300,LTE1800, LTE2100, U850, U2100) prediction by AIRCOM Asset planning and Atoll Cell Planning (calculate base on population cop dimensioning coverage, pop area coverage). Prepare cell configuration data (Naming convention, EARFCN, PCI, RACH root sequence, TAC, Neighbor, Inter-working, baseline parameters, power levels. Get raw data from ENIQ &PRSM2000 to forecast network,(Nokia,Ericsson equipment)
-Conduct Network Capacity &utilization LTE&3G criteria &consolidate recommend and fixing those problems (PBR,PDCCH PUCCH, Connected User License(CUL),usage, dimensioning capacity, feature trail ANR, CRS power gain, IFBL, IFO, pdcchCfiMode, PucchSrUsers, PucchCqiUsers, etc) from NetAct RS,OSS counter, PNM web ,ENIQ and PRS,etc, (Nokia,Ericsson &Huawei equipment), Physical upgrade add sector, dual beam antenna, tri beam antenna)
-Network Worst cell LTE&3G criteria &consolidate recommend and fixing those problems (PS&CS CDR, PS&CS CSSR, Inter-Freq, IRAT, S1Sig Fail, VoLTE CDR, CSFB,SRVCC HO, DL/UL Throughput etc),VOLTE analysis and improvement with feature L16B (Ericsson equipment)
-Network Readiness (Evolution) planning base on traffic area to criteria upgrades existing site and new site propose to the fixed those problems, War room roll out new site primarily responsible, monitoring of LTE&3G recommend and fixing those problems (LTE&3G Low traffic, UL RSSI, IRAT, S1Sig Fail, SSOA tracking, Verify UL RSSI Ericsson equipment)
