Reporting directly to the Project Manager
Planning and organizing meetings and appointments.
Answer and screen telephone calls and direct messages to appropriate person.
Manages schedules, organizes office functions, and oversees daily operations of office.
Renegotiate vendor contracts, implement office supplies inventory control, and standardize office-ordering procedures.
Implement cloud-based data management system; utilize CRM to its full potential.
Maintaining diary, arrange meetings, appointments, provide reminders and make travel arrangements.
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
Prepares correspondence, petty cash, invoices, payment applications, check requisitions, material receipt vouchers, and expression of interest to tender, proposal (Quotations/BOQ), transmittals/project submittals, contracts/agreements and reports.
Assisting Accounts, Tender and Purchase departments.
Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/system.
Ad hoc duties as required.

Sourcing new suppliers and forecasting the future levels of demand for products.
Analyses procurement requirements and selects the most appropriate methods based on interpretation and assessment of established policies, practices, and experience.
Plans organizes and leads the bid solicitation process including drafting and issuing RFQ, developing bid evaluation criteria and guiding clients on processes involved.
Ensures the integrity of the competitive process, and facilitates bidder’s debriefings, and exercise appropriate judgment and tact while ensuring to protect confidential information.
Analyses, negotiates and prepares contractual agreements, ensuring appropriate terms and conditions are included.
Responsible for making sure that all supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are in good condition through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely.
Preparing LPO’s Delivery Notes, Contracts/Agreement to supplier/ sub-contractor.
Monitoring the Inbound / Outbound status and operation, ensuring on- time deliveries, Transportation, Integration of Information & customer requirement.
Ensuring compliance to company Purchasing Guidelines and systems. Monitors the Documentation based on the procedure manuals.
Maintenance and continual improvement of Document Control Management System as per ISO Standard (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007)
Transmit, received, record and filed documents from document control system appropriately using software system required.
Maintain registers of all receipts and issues or submissions of documents and correspondence.

Responsible in maintaining process and product quality on production line to meet quality specification.
Prepares daily documentation production QA/QC report.
Setup line capacity and maintain daily output and production time to meet production plan.
Able to lead a production team achieve daily output, quality and customer requirement.
Provides assistance, help to the line Leader in formulation and implementation of innovative and creative strategies, and dedicated to the principle of continuous improvement.
Efficiently record the machines status for monthly maintenance schedule. Encode data parameter used; checks and repairs bend lead of the device in daily testing.
Determining the defective device through visual inspection and testing. Prepared report based on production input into database by daily basis.
Performs assigned task from immediate superior from time to time.
Counting manually the device before and after testing on the machine.
