Managing the processes involved in the Logistics & Supply Chain Operations of the company and liaising with a variety of parties, internal and external including internal departments, local suppliers, sub contractors and customers.

Ensuring that all related staff is given sufficient guidance and support to manage their respective work this includes process improvement, procedural compliance and strategy definition.
Developed a culture of service excellence among all team members to ensure a high level of awareness of quality, cost and innovative factors.
Identifying development and training requirements for all team members including the identification of training programs and their subsequent implementation.
Acting as the primary technical advisor for the respective sales and commercial teams in regards to customs documentation, dispatch and operational issues.
Providing effective management support and expertise to other functions thus improving process. Knowledge and professionalism in front of the customers.
Manages Supplies and Logistics.
Managing 23 plus human resource for smooth execution against order booking.
Maintain Vehicle Time out, Execution loss tracking.
Create efficient logistics module and mapping for fuel savings.
Manages and make sure Value execution and Bill Execution.
Manages Payment recovery against supplies.
