Perform physical failure analysis on IC and discrete devices, wafer level from sample preparation, inspection and material analysis.
Experiencing on handling Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX), Focus Ion Beam (FIB), mechanical polishing, wet/dry chemical and precision cleaving.
