 Managing the Export Development Fund of Bangladesh Bank. Receiving applications from commercial banks for sanction of loans under export development fund and scrutinizing those loan applications, initiating for approval as well as disbursing fund after approval.
 Taking refund as per the commercial banks’ refund requests as well as after maturity of the loans.
 Managing the Export Development Fund account maintained with Bangladesh Bank-checking the balance, ensuring total daily payment and refund as well as interest charged and earned.
 Researching about the export oriented industries that are availing loans under the Export Development Fund scheme for financing the different stages of manufacturing of the export-oriented products and taking action so that more export oriented companies avail the loan. .
