*Teleperformance - I receive calls globally. I am responsible of answering global customers queries about a particular hotel. Right after, I must convince them to book a hotel room right away.
*Alpha Connection - I do outbound calls. Specifically people living in United Kingdom and Australia. I introduce to them UFX company - an online trading company that deals with financial market and convince them to be one of the traders.

I took up Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Special Education. Due to circumstances, I wasn't able to finish my degree yet. I still need 3 semesters to graduate. Nevertheless, this educational background of mine doesn't hinder me in getting good jobs. Because at the end of the day, what matters most are your own individual skills and capabilities to successfully finish a given task.
