• Defining project charter, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources,
budget and timings for each task of a project.
• Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Overseeing project implementation by coordinating all relevant functions to ensure it
is delivered as per client’s specifications.
General projects administration duties in liaison with the service delivery team.
• Preparation of project plan after kickoff, generation of purchase requests and purchase
order.
• Generation of completion certificates (CCs) and site verification certificates (SVCs)
on completion of a particular project.
• To coordinate with our service providers to ensure timely implementation of
downgrades and upgrades of links whenever required by the customer.
