Client Support Officer

2016/01~

Client Support Officer is responsible in making sure that the client's pre-boarding process will go smoothly. Duties are as follow:
- making sure that all trackers are up to date and ensure data accuracy
- Liases with internal departments (HR, Recruiting Team, Finance Team, Marketing Team and Client Experience Team) to make sure that clients request are being addressed properly
- prepare sales report to be used by Chief of Sales for weekly meetings
- provide recruitment updates to Relationship Managers
- act as client's POC in case of Client Support Team Lead's absence
