• Applies behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with the kid
• Implements Individualized Educational Plans under the direction of the Case Manager
• Teaches the kid to acquire language, academic, self-help and social skills as stated in IEP
• Assist kid as needed to acquire academic and / or appropriate life skills.
This may include toilet-training , eating and other self-help skills.
• Support all members of the staff and assist with ideas, suggestions and work duty.
• Actively participates in staff training programs designed to increase over all skills
• Writes daily , weekly reports and other requested written assignments related to the kid
• Communicates in a professional and respectful manner with parents , behavior analyst, consultants, trainers, therapists and clients.
• Assist in creating instructional and assessment materials.
• Attends and participates in meetings, and other sponsored events.
• Observes records, and reports the condition and behavior of the kid, including maintaining daily record during the day.
• Functions as an active member of the treatment.
• Consistently implements behavior plans to reduce kids socially inappropriate behavior and promote appropriate social behaviors
