Franchise Support Analyst

2014/01～ 2017/11

• Reports to Franchise Director / Franchise Sales Manager under the Franchise Department
• Provide technical and administrative support to Franchise Merchandizing Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Rest of the Franchise team
• Maintain and manage reports and analysis using different types of retail metrics and present an accurate, timely figures by weekly,monthly and year-to-date sales analysis
• Keep an up-to-date sales record stored in safe folder for franchise team references
• Prepares business pack and trading pack reports which presented to franchise partners
• Create a sales/purchase order from the franchisee and coordinate with the supply chain for tracking and fulfilling the orders
• Create an Advance Shipping Note for each purchased delivered ensuring right quantity of the stocks received and posted in the system to update the franchisee stocks on hand on a timely manner
• Track and update prices of each franchisees system during and after each promotion
• Provide techinical support to the franchise merchandizing manager for analysing data of stocks on hand, replenishments, and price adjustments
• Provide support for travel and expense reporting to franchise department
• Maintain and organize all franchise support documens and files
