Administer daily update of procedures and upload information in Jira application to be used for coaching and DB ( daily briefing).
Gathers update directly from Willhill Trading director.
Oversee operations and daily briefing of updates to the team.
Daily check risk management tools accuracy to maintain quality of data yielded for reporting.
Perform daily ad hoc reports instructed by trading management.
Daily betting and winning margins review for old and newly sign-up clients.
Escalate complex issues of fraudulent activity to Trading Director.
Conduct in-depth research for Sports and Racing events and markets involve on suspicious activity as instructed by trading.
Responsible for preventing, detecting, minimizing harmful effects of fraudulent, promo abuser and unprofitable activities.
Manages monthly report of country analysis for clients to identify the origin to minimize promo abuser and fraudulent activity - for profit margins report.
