Reporting to the Managing Director, responsibilities include designing, developing and creating daily reports for customers and the Managing Director while dealing with customers, following up queries and resolving issues. Help the business development team prepare proposals, RFQ's and other documentations with analysis and research. Also set up internal meetings and conferences, taking minutes and distributing it among participants.
Major Achievements:
• Helped improve operations service levels by designing and developing innovative and simplified statistical reports for the Cash Division Director and CEO which analysed customer service levels and drew praise from major customers.
• Raised service levels from 91% to 99% over three months by simplifying reporting processes and procedures and improving management oversight of operations performance issues.
• Retained the company's reputation in the market by implementing MIS reporting systems and analysis which are now presented to existing and new customers so they can clearly see performance and quality service levels.
• Awarded a certificate of recognition from the CEO for providing excellent customer services.
• Designed Route Efficiency KPI's which helped utilizing fleet more efficiently.
• Carried out fleet expenses analysis which identified major faults and tracked ambiguous expenses on fleet maintenance.
