I worked as a Claim Specialist at Malaybalay Polymedic General Hospital where I am responsible for checking and verify all the attached documents before submission. It is also my duty as Claim Specialist to comply all the additional requirements needed by each claim if the certain claim is under investigation, we need to comply according to the legality of each claim. Each claim may take several times to be investigated depending on each claim case.

I have worked with Teletech Holdings Inc. as Customer Service Representative for 2 years,my job is to take Inbound and Outbound Calls from provider's (i.e Nurses,Nurse Practitioners, License Doctors and all other medical Practitioners), we receive calls from the providers inquiring the medical plan the walk in patient they have in there clinic or hospital, certain inquiries includes the amount the company is going to pay certain medical services the member of our insurance plans to undergo. Once the provider bills us which they called claim we will be sending it for review which would take 30 days and we interpret the results once they call us to check the status of the claim. I also handled complicated claims questions and take in supervisor calls.
