• Project manager to standardize the human resources process in the countries Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia, with a budget of US $ 600,000, reducing the total cost of ownership by definition of standard processes, centralizing support to the user final. The response time to the legal requirements was improved and the corporate policies for the preservation of the information were applied.
• for the SAP Catalyst project in South America my role as manager of IS for financial and HR processes in the countries of the Andean and South Cone region had the scope in requirements specification, the adaptation to the standard model, the design of test, the schedule compliance, likewise the supplier selection for the development of systems Satellites that keep the flow of information from external systems to SAP within the times determined by the needs of the operation without generating operative load for the users while maintaining the centralized support
• I designed and implemented the strategy to delegate all the support of HR, payroll and finance for the all Andean countries. I achieved unification of the systems after the Cadbury and Kraft merger was achieved within the established deadline without affecting the continuity of the operation.
• I was IT Leader for global HR projects for Latin America. I achieved a considerable reduction of the defined times for projects in Peru, reducing the total cost exceeding the initial expectations.
