• Recruiter, recruited and recommended qualified candidates based upon School needs while working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Review resumes and application for pre-screening and identified candidates for interviewing
• Organize interviews and assessment with hiring and candidates.
• Maintain leave administration records and ensure that they are updated in a timely manner.
• Effective implementation of HR policies and procedures and providing guidance and advice to managers and HOD’s on issues relating to policy implementation
• Coordination with the PRO, new joiners, internal and external stakeholder for all government related requirements.
• Maintain a database of job descriptions for all the position at the school.
• Prepare and amend employment offer and contracts of employment clarifying terms and condition of employment.
• Collate and prepare all new visa application documents from the employee as per the regulatory requirements.
• Verify that all regulatory requirements and the KHDA are completed as per the standards set by KHDA, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labor.
• Visa Coordination with PRO for all new joiners and cancellation with PRO.
