Collecting data from the health care centres on TB, Hypertension and Contraceptives
 Conduct daily interviews with health care workers at selected health facilities on TB,
Hypertension and Contraceptives
 Accurately capture and enter all relevant study orientated data from each facility into the study
data collection tool provided.
 Timely completion of research questionnaires
 Establish facility based working relationships before commencement of research project
 Ensure high standard of data quality through accurate timely data validation and quality
assurance
 Compile weekly narrative reports
 Participate on weekly report back and reflections meeting
 Complete and submit timesheets for work completed.
