• Responsible for monitoring daily activities in the office.
• Preparing Weekly Report such as Aging of Accounts Receivables, Account Payable, Check Monitoring, and Petty Cash report.
• Coordinates deliveries, collections and details of Job orders with the customers
• Responsible / In charge in preparation of Delivery Receipt, Invoices, Official Receipts and Purchase Orders.
• Responsible for creating important documents all must be done with a high degree of confidentiality. Updating Quick books.
• Responsible for preparing monthly summary of sales, purchases, expenses and Preparing Schedule of Output and Input VAT to determine VAT Payable.
• Responsible in doing Bank transactions such as cash/check deposits and check encasements.
