As an employee my responsibilities at this organization are:
1. Coordinate and mobilize volunteers and field staffs.
2. Carry out day to day activities sufficiently.
3. Prepare monthly and yearly progress reports.
4. Actively participate in organizational activities to fulfill its objectives.
5. Initiate and develop good network with other organizations.
6. Plan and facilitate field visits on a regular basis.
7. Mobilize the targeted communities and other major stakeholders to harness and
deliver child rights in sustainable manner.
8. Update the facebook page and website of the organization time to time.
9. Provide necessary information to the area manager.
10. Participate in different child rights activities.
