• Contribute effectively to all the new development project activities considering inputs into innovation, successful planning and self-management.
• Understand customer needs and product requirements in relation to business needs.
• Design, carry-out, evaluate & interpret experiments &/or generate, manufacture, test and evaluate formulations.
• Effectively report outcomes/findings, propose conclusions and recommendations within agreed timescales using appropriate methods
• Plan and conduct factory/pilot plant scale up as required.
• Communicate effectively with the global team members on items related to the projects.
• Member of the continuous improvement & safety observation teams to ensure safety and efficiency in lab.
• Mentoring new recruits and project trainees.
