Managed operations of a F&B shop in the heart of the city in Hong Kong (HK). Then assisted the operations to manage the newly expanded shop in Repulse Bay, HK. My duties included, but not limited to:
- Interviewing potential candidates for employment
- Organised rosters and staff tasks
- Bank deposits and end of day reconciliations
- Managing stock of items and ingredients
