OPERATIONS MANAGER
2015/04~ 2017/01
Directly reports to Owners and Managing Director of the Corporation.
Coordinate with Head Office department such as Human Resource for manpower request and concerns, Accounting Office for budgets and expense reports, Building Admin for needed rectification of rooms and others and Purchasing Department for materials needed of Operations.
Meet with Supervisors and/or OIC’s for improvement on delivery of service.
Meet and provide orientation to staff and on-calls before and after delivery of service most especially during function/events.
Monitor and provide instruction to departments, Front Office, Maintenance, Housekeeping, F&B service, Kitchen and Admin. Office on its day to day operations.
Review and approve food costing of F&B Production on menu requested of function including ala carte menus.
Responsible in delivering customer service to functions, timeshare members and condotel guests.
Ensures that building maintenance is accomplished and coordinates immediately with Purchasing for materials needed.
Responsible that monthly target sales is meant and submit proposal to increase sales (i.e. promos, freebies, discounts)
Coordinate with Sales for walk-in function inquiry as well as requirements of function/events.
Final approval of guests requests depending on hotel policies,

HOTEL MANAGER

Responsible in organizing all Administrative and Operations department of the hotel.
Responsible in upgrading the existing Hotel System of Front Desk Office.
Directly reports to Owner and/or President of Corporation.
Responsible in giving proper orientation to staff of inventory procedures to account all items purchased by the hotel for proper monitoring and log.
Responsible in assisting Front Desk Clerks and perform same task as reliever from their scheduled day off.
Making sure that stocks are properly monitored and requested for purchase if needed.
Preparing and planning for marketing strategies for the hotel to be known thru advertisements.
Assist Owner for the need to improve and upgrade for additional income of the hotel.
Communicate with guest/s for any comments and/or suggestions, concerns pertaining their stay in the hotel.
Provide immediate decision for guest/s concern for customer satisfaction.
