I worked as a part of Asset Management team under investments especially on Mutual Fund segment assisting the US engagements for auditing documentations; working under teams.
 Preparing reconciliation reports, like Custody and Fund holdings reconciliation.
 Performing purchases and sales testing for funds with supporting documents provided by the clients.
 Communicating with project managers and analyse work which we receive & ensuring TAT correctly.
 Preparation of Lead sheets for account heads for audit documentation.
 Reviewing of unaudited financial statements and updating the findings to the clients.
 Calculating industry wise break-ups of investments, security pricing using Bloomberg terminal.
 Verifying and calculating NAV, interest & dividend income received disclosed by clients using Bloomberg terminal.
 Preparation of confirmations & conversion of foreign currencies using Bloomberg & Oanda.com.
 Tracing purchases and sales transaction using EMMA.com.
 Performing tie outs, documentations, recalculate and verify the financials obtained from SEC website.
 Meeting the client requirements with maximum efficiency, satisfaction and utmost quality.
 Giving key attention to details on WCGW’s in processing.
 Reviewing work performed by professionals, intimating team leads for deliverables.
