• Facilitate the planning process, development of project and prepare the detail implementation plans (DIP) of the project activities.
• Develop and timely revise the PMER system of the organization and train staff about the PMER system.
• Analyze data to track project progress against the project targets and log frames.
• Monitor and evaluate the project progress, ensuring that the implementation is in harmony with the project DIP and report regularly on all activities.
• Data compilation, analyze and prepare the reliable and up-to date data base of information of all program work and timely prepare the project report, lesson learned and best practices and its dissimilation.
• Annual performance evaluation of the project staffs.

• Sensitize sectorial ministries, law enforcement agencies, free legal aid service providers and community leaders for their active involvement and engagement in national response to HIV and AIDS, taking responsibility to make best use of resources.
• Influence officials from sectoral ministries, police administration, legal aid providers and community leaders to internalize the fact that HIV and AIDS has multi-sectoral dimensions and is more than a health issue.
• Prepare the analytical report of the present context and way forward based on the findings form the workshop
