I started as an intership for finishing this position I was hired as Logistic Supervisor where I had experience and the opportunity to work with large logistics providers such as Panalpina, Expeditors, GEODIS, ABC LOGSITICS, DHL, among others, where once a month they were asked to meet in the corporate to discuss discrepancies and areas of opportunity as well as evaluate their Performance through KPIs to continue maintaining the service according to the bid for which they compete each year.

Achievements:
 Improved control of services performed by the provider
 Implementation for visualization of the operation and specific deliveries
 Implementation of annual report of customs payments according to the type of settlement (VAT, DTA, CC, PRV, IGIE)
 Savings of 3.5 million pesos for services generated without a contract by the provider
 Improved effectiveness of Import and Export specialists
 Improved relationship with suppliers, which helped improve communication and response time.
