Scope of Work : Under the general guidance and within the limits of established Hotel policies and procedures, sales plan, secure business for the hotel through proactive and consultative sales approach.

Duties and Responsibilities

To grow overall hotel revenue and profitability, while maximizing customer satisfaction from pre-event planning through post event phases of service, Obtain definite bookings from corporate accounts, travel trade sector, organizations, government units and industry partners with his/her assigned trading area for rooms and banquet towards achieving his/her assigned quota, Create professional bids and proposals on a timely basis and present clear and persuasive proposals based on the clients requirement, Making rapid calculations, and providing customers with quotations as reviewed and approved and directly reporting to the Senior Sales Manager and the Director of Sales; Secure and maintain business of the hotel through proactive Sales Department, Ensures that own list of all accounts (Corporate, Government, Travel Trade Associations and others) are updated every month, Attends the weekly sales and marketing meeting and other Hotel meetings as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing, Communicates client’s needs to other department, Creating a profile for the hotel within the local and national corporate and leisure marketplace through promotions, advertising and utilizing provided marketing channels, Prepares weekly and monthly sales report on all sales calls, contracts made and business potential of these. Reports must include on the marketing activities effectiveness and rooms and other revenues received directly from Sales Department activity and preform any and all other assignments as directed by the management.
