With 11 years of experiences in Legislative Advocacy, Public Policy Analysis, Policy Research, Government Operations, Project Management, Programme Management and its strategic implementation- I am a collaborative team member, a sincere manager and a practical doer. I am also an optimistic, results oriented and very competitive leader. I am not the one who sits back and waits for things to happen, I spur progress. I envision the future, and then drive the implementation to culminate in ‘Change the Action’ results. Have been closely working with the Parliament and the Government since 2009, providing technical analysis, support and capacity building to the Members of Parliament at national levels to contribute to the parliamentary democracy, contribute to the social development by leveraging the strategic stakeholder (Members of Parliament, Policy Planner, High-level Government Official, CSO, Media, grass-root people) relationship, analysing data and trends, and leading multi-stakeholders programmes. Drive programme excellence through Project Management, Programme Management and its strategic implementation, Public Policy Analysis, Policy Research, and Legislative Advocacy. I have a diverse professional background of social activism to parliamentary democracy, human rights, women’s empowerment, good governance, rights of the poor and excluded people of the country. I am involved with the number of the policy development process like- Right to Information Act, Disaster Management Act, Water Act, Women Development Policy, Food Policy etc, in Bangladesh. Have authored and edited a good number of research/programme book/reports and other reporting and communications materials as well as have both national and international publications. Currently working in the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPGs) of Bangladesh Parliament as a Director of Programme and Policy. My alma mater is University of Dhaka as I have completed Hons. (4 Years) and M.S (Thesis) from the Department of Geography and Environment.

I am a Professional Fellow of U.S. Department of State and also a Legislative and Governance Fellow at House of Representative, Columbus, Ohio.
