My major was in Service Design, in which we use human centered approaches to research into the real needs or desire of people in holistic spectrom, and improve different service flow through designing strategies and relevant products.
I have worked with NHS(National Health Service), Hotel ICON, Design Museum during my period of study on topic ranges from trend forecasting, market research & analysis to strategy implementation.
