Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Managing the entire recruitment function.
• Develop, deploy, and re-direct sourcing strategies by role and/or function.
• Proactively source and screen candidates, including utilizing a variety of channels to establish qualified talent pools.
• Deploy assessment and selection practices for quality of hire.
• Support the achievement of key service level measurements and key performance indicators through operational excellence, process adherence and continuous
improvement.
• Directly supervise, mentor, and develop a staff of professional Recruiters.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of recruitment activities.
• Oversee the recruitment of new hires, interns, and internal transfers.
• Accountable for the operational management of the account including reports, performance metrics, billing and client management.
• Oversee all recruitment functions in the placement of Regular and Temporary employees for US.
• Serve as a resource to the team for the most up-to-date Recruitment Policies and Practices.
• Responsible for the implementation and management of strategic recruitment programs and numerous recruitment process improvements; such as, Recruitment Team Building Activities, Recruitment Newsletter, Job Posting redesign, Call Lists, and Metrics
