• Troubleshoot and repair computer which has a problem.
• Monitoring the server and the status of the server daily, weekly and monthly.
• Installed software application needed by the users.
• Format or upgrade computer which has slow performance of the computer or due to
new configure desktop computer
• Create purchase request for all the users whose requesting computer parts.
• Make monthly report for computer virus scan and computer maintenance.
• Maintain the smooth flow of internal network of the company.
• Handles and configure the network connection of the company (domain, external or WIFi).
• Do technical sheet to guide the production how to produce the item.
• Do photo editing using ADOBE PHOTOSHOP and PHOTO PROS application.
• Encoding production process data using company system.
• Crimping LAN CABLE for the network and phone cable for telephone connection.
• Handles and checking all company devices such as printer, scanner, and weighting scale.
• Perform other duties and task as may assign by the company president.
