I have excellent communication skills that I gathered during my stay in the BPO industry. Taking in calls gave me confidence and knowledge how to deal with different types of customers, how to answer all their inquiries, how to resolve their concerns and made sure they are satisfied customers before I end a call. I handled four different accounts in Convergys and stayed with the company for over 5 years. First, Macys as a Customer Service I took new orders, modify existing orders, answered general inquiries and tracked delivery status. After 9 months, I got transferred to Email Support Windows Live, we received emails from account holders when they go through password reset process online to retrieve their email accounts if they get locked out. Next, I became a Medical Insurance support, I talked to Pharmacists, Doctor's and sometimes patients to discuss their medical insurance coverage and general inquiries about the policy. Lastly, I handled Technical Support for Comcast, at first we only received calls for cable concerns then the account got bigger and bigger after a year until we all handled three line of businesses from them: cable, phone, and the internet. We troubleshoot no signal issues on their TV, cannot make any calls on the phone, cannot connect to the internet on the computer. Besides from troubleshooting we also answer general inquiries, modify their cable subscriptions and upgrade their internet speed if they requested. We also set up an appointment for technicians to come out if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone.
