o Statutory matters of the Institute – Including Government Grants and Other Donations
o Cash Flow and ascertaining cash forecasting
o Statutory and Internal Audits.
 Formulating and Implementing Control Procedures and Policies for the Institute
 In the process of Implementation of PeopleSoft ERP for Finance and HR

 Managed the debtors position and improved the cash inflows
 Independently handled the entire Finance and accounts of 450 Cr. Company
 Successfully Concluded the Statutory Audit with E&Y with no Adverse Comments
 Formulated and Implemented Policies relating to Mediclaim, Mobile, Travel Etc
 Received Appreciation Letter for Successfully Completion of Audit and Review Procedures
