EC21
Communication and market research specialist
2015/08~ 2017/08
My job mainly consisted of consultancy, market research, and communication with overseas clients. Through this position, I enhanced my skills in B2B, marketing, and trading. Moreover, I increased my awareness of the distinctions between conducting business in Korea and other countries, its nuances, which may lead to successful or unsuccessful business closure.
IBM
Customer fulfilment specialist
2013/03~ 2014/08
A person in charge of a particular service providing programme for the NA geography. This position was rather challenging because it is not an easy task to launch a new programme, with a very limited experience in this field. On the other, it allowed more freedom in decision making and exploration of miscellaneous fields with tied links. Therefore, I was able to learn the essential basics of dealing with various stakeholders, which became fundamental in my future career. Furthermore, I was in charge of processing payments via APU, running and creating queries in Brio Hyperion and other transactions related to eligibility of our partners for certain type of incentives. Moreover, I was the focal point for ensuring their satisfaction through understanding their needs and expectations. Lastly, I provided training on these processes to newcomers and our team based in Dalian.
