I worked in Mazda Colombia carrying out the following tasks:

Document the processes of reception, unpacking and distribution of CKD material in order to establish optimal methodologies in the handling of said product, create manuals for operations personnel with a graphic description of the process of handling and manipulation of CKD material, taking times and movements.

Provide first-level functional support in ERP Priority software, attention and follow-up of Petitions, Complaints and Resources, survey and process documentation for ERP Priority software implementation projects, develop software manuals for user software, staff training and users in management of technological tools, implementation, configuration and administration of Help Desk platform, scheduling tasks and monitoring workgroup schedules.
