Management and supervision of spa operations in boutique hotel (85 rooms) with 7 treatment rooms, 6 employees, 2 product lines. Tasks included: budget/revenue management, implementation and follow up of the brands’ standards, marketing strategies, creation of menus, monthly inventories, purchasing, human resources (continuous training, performance reviews, etc), customer service and interaction with guests, coordination with other departments (housekeeping, engineering and landscaping departments), active member of Operations Committee, monthly MOD duties.
