- Re-engineering the marketing process at a Japanese pharmaceutical company by developing templates and tools for product launch, brand strategy and marketing event delivery.
- Supporting American biotech company to launch its products in Japan by establishing an order to cash (OTC) process and providing project management office.

<Financial Services Sector>
- Successfully launching a new financial product in Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore at a Japanese bank, including conducting self-assessments on the ground, as well as drafting applications to be submitted to regulatory authorities.
- Helping a Japanese bank to optimize the use of their data through Hyperion (Business Intelligence tool) by providing monthly sales analytic report, designing various sales analytic tools and conducting onsite training in India.

Innowep is a German company which provides testing methods for material research and characterization. The company operates in Europe, Asia and Africa. Worked under the marketing and sales director and CEO. Specific experience included:

- Performing competitor analysis and identifying potential clients in Japan, as well as translation of relevant information from Japanese to English.
- Designing and implementing processes for scheduling international conferences.
- Liaising with distributors and clients across Europe and Asia in English, Spanish and Japanese.

Assisted professor Duncan McCargo to publish the third edition of “Contemporary Japan” (a book about Japan’s political, economic and social life).

- Collation, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of large amounts of data.
- Understanding of social and political issues in Japan, including the issues of gender, class and inequality, and foreign aid policy.
