LONG TERM MAINTENANCE PLANNER

2013/12～ 2017/12

Planning maintenance activities on the fleet of track tractors, excavators, wheels and support In order to meet the projected availability for production.
 Construct, review and negotiate the monthly plan of components change out and personnel manpower with the maintenance Superintendents and manager
 Run the component change out plan, update the components pool and supervise all components through conditioning monitoring techniques
 Construct the annual budget plan, control it and adjust it on monthly basis
 Analyze the availability, use and liability of all fleet
Coordinate the purchase of parts and miscellaneous to perform all the maintenance plans
 Coordinate and Follow up of the parts requirement and components ETA´s
 Define scope of work, follow work on shop and adjust time accordingly

2007/11～ 2013/12

Responsible for design maintenance strategies based on fleet reliability to increase fleet availability of track tractors, excavators, wheels and support equipment
 Run RCA in order to identify root causes of an event that resulted in an undesired outcome and develop corrective actions
 Design strategies to increase components expected life through conditioning monitoring techniques
 Offer technical support to both internal and external clients
 Responsible for in-site equipment and system modifications
 Quote and justify repairs to both internal and external clients
