I have worked in a Gaming Entertainment retail outlet for over two years and also worked in several cyber cafe. I have also worked in a Internet provider office as Tech support and Product support about a year. I am also experienced in email supports during my work in Customer service line.

I am skilled in Video Encoding, Editing, Sound mixing & making Karaoke videos and have basic skills with Editing software like Sony Vegas. I normally Upload Gaming videos and Make Karaoke videos for past time.

I am also proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese (dialect), Hokkien (dialect) and basic Japanese. I am fluent in spoken Cantonese and are able to handle customers from Hong Kong.
