I have basic insight in handling and training workers on site and remotely.

I worked as a representative for a UK based telecom. Handling bill inquiries and payments. I handled voice calls and emails. I also adapt fast in system changes and product upgrades.
Part of our role is to introduce our products to new clients and managing their account from making new accounts to terminating or transfer of location and also change of payment method. I can work perfectly in a team and always available for overtime if I am needed.
