• Monitor the progress and assist project managers and site staff in contractual and technical matters in building construction projects from the beginning to close out.

• Preparation of cost estimates of the proposed design changes to get the client’s approval prior to issue the project manager’s instruction/ variation orders.
• Updating and maintaining of cost reports.
• Checking interim valuations and final accounts submitted by the contractors.
• Assessing of Variations, negotiating and finalization.
• Attending of progress review meetings.

Supply & Install fitout works, furniture, fittings & equipments for five star hotels.
Worked as project quantity surveyor at Rose Tower hotel (64 stories) project which consists
434 guest rooms & 48 suites.
Project value: AED 110 million with fitout, furniture, fittings & equipments works.

Duties and responsibilities,
• Preparation of interim applications and agreement with the main contractor’s QS
• Negotiate with main contractor’s QS with regard to the Contractual issues.
• Preparation of subcontractors’ packages and management of subcontractor’s accounts.
• Sending inquiries, comparing the quotations with budget and selecting the reliable sub contractors/ suppliers.
• Preparation of material schedules, purchase orders etc.
• Management and cross referencing of instruction, variation, and site record files.

This is one of the best company and a nominated contractor in Oman for supplying and installation of marble and granite works.
Involved with the works value of R.O. 5 million for internal & external marble works in Guest Complex Project at Qasar Al Alam in Muscut.
