- Coordinated and managed overall activities of food security and Livelihood sector under the integrated program NSR-MI in 2VDCs (Thulogaun and Dandagaun) of Rasuwa district.
- Took initiative and prepared detail implementation plan (DIP) for the program by introducing innovative and sustainable mechanisms to ensure livelihood enhancement of the beneficiaries and implemented the program with exceptional results.
- Managed and supported the team, designed curriculum for the trainings and conducted various trainings in order to build the capacity of staffs, implementing partners and the beneficiaries.
- Conducted various stakeholders meetings, representations, timely review as well as regular monitoring and evaluation of the program and reported to Manager through monthly progress report, case studies.
