I lead the Research, Information and Publication Division. My work involves planning, directing, supervising, and managing the research, information, and publication services of the division and managing the personnel of the two (2) sections. I conduct research in aid of legislation and publication. I am the Editor-in-chief of the official publication of the province of Agusan del Norte. I also draft training designs, project proposals, resolutions and ordinances.
