Job Description/ Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet with proponent at their building properties and manage proponent accounts.
- Prepare and process landscape design, project estimates and purchase orders.
- Work with gardening crews to achieve total proponent satisfaction.
- Monitor lawn and landscape quality.
- Assist in maintenance department, including watering, trimming and fertilization.
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain vacant houses yard condition, generate records and reports.
- Generate maintenance checklist and weekly request report.
