2004/04～ 2012/04
I worked for 8 years in the call center industry at Sykes Asia.I was a technical support analyst for 2 years wherein we troubleshoot and resolve various technical phone problems of our US residents. I had been an inbound customer service representative for 2 years for a US Telco and Australian Telco account wherein we handle billing concerns,inquiries and disputes.I also worked as a sales specialist for 2 years for a US account called Verizon DSL wherein we sell dsl lines to the clients. And lastly I also became as a financial analyst for 2 years in Capital One bank,a US account.
