I am Voltaire Joseph G. Caoile and I had been a Human Resources and Administrator for fifteen (15) years. I am a multi-tasked H. R. Personnel, I can handle as a Building Administrator, Purchasing and I do set up call center from the first stage of looking for an office, handles building renovation, purchasing material until the start of operations.

Operative Functions:
1. Manpower Planning and Recruitment. Focuses on career planning and forecasting. Handles planning and organizing for recruitment, selection of candidate applicants for the required job, hiring and company orientation.
2. Compensation and Benefits. Responsible for wages (time keeping), incentives, job evaluation, benefits (like medical and accident insurance, and retirement plans). Handles rewards and recognitions for employees. Initiates health and safety programs for the benefit of the employees. He/she is responsible for the recording of cases involving this area. Process reports and payments for government mandated reports and benefits and payables (S.S.S., PhilHealth & H.D.M.F.).
3. Employee Relations. Development and implementation of company general policies and procedure. Responsible for creating office memorandums that would fit the day-to-day operations of the company and to update old policies. Monitoring and assisting of employee performance appraisal, personnel movements (i.e. promotion, transfer, demotion, retrenchment, retirement, termination and separation). Handles labor-management disputes, collective bargaining agreements (for unionized companies), complaints and grievances, and other disciplinary problems. Dept. of Labor and Employment (D. O. L. E.) monthly and annual reports.
As a part time marketing consultant for a Business Process Outsourcing, I do market Hyperion’s U.S., U.K. and Australian Leads; VOIP services and Cloud base servers. Aside from that I also market our product for office air-conditioners for specific brands like KOLIN, KOPPEL, HITACHI, LG, MIDEA and EVEREST aircon units. We handle aircon installation, duct works, cleaning and maintenance.
