As a Marketing Officer, I assist Japanese Companies who wants to hire trainees or Working Visa like engineers, interpreters and etc., to connect to a licensed Recruitment Agency that recruits and supplies Manpower to them.

Assists them on the Documentations and licensing of their Companies.

Assists the Employers and their group/or guests, from the arangment of their Itenerary, hotels and car service for pick up and drop off to the airport and point of destinations for their meetings, occular visits to companies and City Tour or recreations.

Serves also as coordinator between the Japanese Client and Philipine Agency, on all aspects, from Job Order, to Selection and other communications.

As a Japanese Language Trainer for 20 years, I attended actively on Seminars and workshops by the Japan Foundation ans took a National License TM1/TM2 under TESDA National Authority.

As a Freelance Japanese Language Provider, I created my own Modules/Curriculum according to the needs of our Client.

Created Evaluation Exams to measure the JLPT Level of our students. That may also be used for their Review. Company names of our clients can be provided if requested for your further verification of my claims.

I also teach for 3 consecutive batches to EPA Filipino Candidates.

I served as Head Teacher to a Japanese Language Center, training teachers and created a System on how to monitor the language performance and effectivity of the Curriculum in passing the JLPT and enabling trainees to cope conversationaly
even at day 1 in Japan.
