Check regularly all the leads coming in on Home Gain for Buyers and Sellers. Reply all leads coming in for Buyers and Sellers.
Use the flexmls.com to search for property zip code and match the requirements as per
Buyer and Seller leads and send the property information to lead.
Update the Home Gain Buyer and Seller leads once the information sent already.
Check regularly all leads coming in on Trulia. Reply the leads by going into flexmls.com and search for property address and pull out the MLS page and send it over to lead.
Update Trulia contact once the property information sends to lead.
Legacy List
Pull out site for Obituary (http://www.legacy.com/ns/) and County Appraiser site
(http://www.pbcgov.com/papa/index.htm?)
On Obituary site, find the latest dates and pull out the entire person who just pass away on
Florida area recently, use the Palm Beach Post to get information.
After getting the person’s name, copy that name and paste into the county appraiser site and click search. If you found information regarding the deceased person which match into the obituary site information. Copy all the information and paste it over on the Google spreadsheet like the Name of the deceased person, location, Owner’s name, Address, Date of Obituary.
To get the information for phone number of the deceased person, Go to Whitepages.com and copy the property address and paste it over on the Address field. Copy the phone number and paste it over on the spreadsheet.
